Return and Warranty Information
The following information and policies for returning products, applies only to the original retail purchase of consumer electronics and accessories directly by end user from Kiolink Inc. website and does not apply to Kiolink commercial Kiosks and digital signs product line. It also does not apply to purchases made from our authorized retailers online or offline. If you purchased any of our products from authorized retailer and wish to return it, please contact them directly, as each retailer has their own return and refund policies.
Your satisfaction with our products is the highest priority to our success. If for any reason you are not completely satisfy with our product purchased directly from the Kiolink Inc. website, you may return the product within 30 days (from the date of purchase to the date of us receiving it) for full refund less original shipping and handling.
To return a product, please contact us at support@kiolink.com to obtain RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and shipping instruction. You will be responsible for shipping, tracking and insurance cost for the product you are returning. Product must be shipped back to us in the same original condition as it was received by you with all original packaging materials, accessories, documents and manuals. At our discretion we may deny partial or whole refund if the returned product does not meet the specified condition.
One Year Limited Warranty
We offer one year limited warranty on all Kiolink products which have “One Year Limited Warranty” printed on their package or 90 days. Kiolink one year limited warranty covers all its consumer products sold from our website or by our authorized retailers. We warrant that our products to be free from all defects in material and workmanship which may results in failure during normal usage. This limited warranty does not cover any damage or surface scratches to kiolink product or any other products used in conjunction with kiolink products due to accident, abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, industrial use or unauthorized modification made to the product. Kiolink Inc. and it’s authorized retailers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damage arising from use of our products. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser end-user from the time of purchase for period of one year.
Claiming Warranty
To make a warranty claim on kiolink product during warranty coverage period, please first contact us at support@kiolink.com and describe the problem you have with our product. If our support team cannot help solving your problem, we will send you WRMA number (Warranty Return Merchandize Authorization) number and shipping instruction. You must send original purchase receipt with the product and properly insure the package for full value.
If the product under warranty cannot be repaired?. At our discretion we may replace it with same product or similar available product of equal value or give you credit toward purchase of other product from our website. Amount of credit will be calculated base on remaining time period left on your warranty. For example if you still have 6 months left on your warranty, your credit will be 50% of the original price you paid for the product.
